Friends with benefits.
things that taste good are usually the worst for you.
After you and your ex breaks up there are usually two things missing from your life.
Love and Sex.
(or maybe just making out, kissing, cuddling etc.)
So, once your ex takes the love away...You can assume they would still be down to 'hook up' right?
Yes, you are probably right.
Should you text them at 11 pm asking them to sneak into you window?
No, you should not.
Why?
#1) The emotion and love that used to be attached to the physical could be gone for them..but not necessarily for you. THIS IS DANGEROUS. If they are using you for a booty call when you are used to being the #1 person in their life..this will NOT settle easily.
#2) Old feelings you thought you had gotten rid of may arise...This can be stressful and make things extremely confusing for you. Confusion can cause problems, fights, tension, anger, frustration, sadness and many other things. It can but tension on the new "friendship". They are ready to move on from you and start new, and you are still both in love and physically attached to them.
#3) It is unfair. They will be with other people..you will feel devoted to them.
#4) The feeling of need mixed with disappointment. Going from lovers to friends with benefits is a hard and confusing journey. Be cautious and remember to think about yourself first at times like this. You need to heal.
